Challenge: People who work in the fuel and petrochemical industries often have trouble effectively explaining what they do and why it is important to their friends and families. How do we help industry employees better tell their story?
Solution: Give them every tool in our toolbox and teach them how to use them. We crafted an A to Z industry employee engagement plan for AFPM, including storytelling and constructive conversation workshops, videos, shareable infographics, fact sheets, and a digital campaign. Most of all, we created community.
